Although we have not met, I have recently done business with your firm and wanted to pass along some thoughts about my experience. In looking at firms to install central air in my house in Sudbury, MA. I was given your company’s name from a neighbor who had work done by you. After a call to your office, I was put in touch with Mike Broydrick.

Mike arranged a time to come to my house and provide a quote. He showed up on time and with a great attitude. He then committed to provide me a quote by the end of the day via e-mail. His e-mail arrived in my account at 4:18 p.m.—just as committed. Win #1

After I had committed to go with Comfort Air, I was contacted by Jennifer Meade to set up a second visit for Mike and Pepsi (sorry don’t know his last name) and to schedule the work. Jen is polite and returns calls every time quickly. She continues this pattern during the entire process, forwards me photocopies of invoices, calls in advance before submitting the next payment, etc. Always polite, professional and positive Jen is Win #2. Mike and Pepsi again show up on-time, great attitude and tell me exactly what to expect. Win #3.

On the day my work is to begin I receive a call at 7:50—I expect to hear all the reasons people will be late, can’t make it, etc. Instead it is Pepsi, making sure I’m all set for the truck to be there—just as scheduled. Win #4.

The truck arrives and Eric Williams comes to my door and politely introduces himself and walks me through the process for the coming 4 days. He then asks—”can we start earlier in the day so we make sure we limit the time in the house when your children are home”. Is this guy for real? Every day, I come home to a 100% neat work area and each morning Eric shows me what was done, highlights any issues and tells me what till be done during the coming day. Each day he in 100% polite, 100% professional and 100% prompt. Of all your great folks, Eric earns special recognition. Win #5

Eric is also working with Walter Hathaway, my time interacting with Walter is limited because he is busy laying out tarps, unloading the truck, etc. The times we do talk, he is right in step with what Eric has told me and again, prompt and polite. My one other source of feedback on Eric and Walter are my children. I come home to hear what “nice guys” were working in the house and that they asked my kids how school went.

In my role, I spend millions of dollars a year with many vendors. Each of them could learn something from the people mentioned in this letter.
